Vi-COR® customer support specialists perform a pre-evaluation of the current surroundings and milking procedures being used. They provide a Field Service Report complete with photos and video, which summarizes what they have seen during their visit and provides suggestions and changes that the producer can implement into the operation. They focus on ideas to maximize quality milk production, reduce SCC and SPC counts, and increase milk flow while reducing unit on-time. An important component of this extensive on-site training program is bilingual support. Our team of highly skilled customer support specialists work alongside nutritionists to provide training in Spanish and English.
