A-Max® Yeast Culture is manufactured using a
proven strain of Saccharomyces
cerevisiae. This strain of yeast has been sold as a live cell yeast to the
agricultural community for years. It has been extensively researched
for more than a decade.
While this product has enjoyed tremendous success in dairy and other
non-pelleted diets, many companies have expressed a need for this same level of
quality and performance in a yeast culture product that can survive pelleting and

The fermentation process uses a three stage fermentation system and a two stage
drying system, which also helps to maximize the production of metabolites.
