- Description
- Acid-A-Pro is a concentrated form of our original fermentation product.
It is produced through the fermentation of whey substrate with three
different lactobacillus organisms, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus
lactis and Lactobacillus casei. The three fermentates are then condensed and
blended prior to drying onto a carrier of corn germ meal. Phosphoric Acid
and Citric Acid are also added to improve stability of the product and to
provide a source of acidification.

sour taste, and baked aroma.
